did he swallow a flask? I like the colors and his grim dark look, definitely clean and a departure from your more sketchier pieces.

War. War never changes. Since the dawn of human kind, when our ancestors first discovered the killing power of rock and bone, blood has been spilled in the name of everything, from God to justice to simple, psychotic rage.

Hahaha. Fortunately he's a *little* brighter than that.

Glad you like the style...I'm crap at clean lines without the trusty pen tool, and I wanted to do something a bit more graphic with this idea.

I still feel like it's too busy, but what can you do? I haven't made any rib cages in a while, so that was fun.

looks like something i'd see on discovery health, but with way less blood and guts. also looks like a long night gone awry.

I dig the style. At first, I thought you'd done this in Illustrator. I like the concept, too, and the severe contrast of light on the flask and shadows everywhere else.

I probably should have done at least the lines in Illustrator, but at the time my mouse was freaking out due to low batteries, making Illustrator impossible to use. I can't stand using a tablet in Illustrator...but for some reason I'm okay with using one for paths in Photoshop. Go figure.

Anyway, glad it's been well received, as it's a little different from my usual.

Heh, Discovery Health. Well, you do know what I do for a living. And I've been toying with doing one with guts and/or blood and guts, so. We'll see.

i like the imagery,interesting idea.
